Sue Pember, Managing Director for Aussie Orientation Services has been recognised and celebrated by the WA Business News as one of WA’s 40 leading business entrepreneurs under the age of 40. Sue was also awarded the People’s Choice Award. Business News held the annual 40/40 awards gala at the Grand Ballroom, Crown Perth on Wednesday 13th of March 2013. Established in 2002, the programme recognises not only personal determination and commercial drive, but also the philanthropic pursuits that balance these young individuals’ professional achievements and the less public contributions to the welfare of Western Australia.
As a mum of 2 small children, Sue started her business from her home 3 years ago and as the company expanded she graduated from the home office to an office in Bicton to accommodate the now 29 like-minded individuals employed by AussieOS nationally.
“This award is a great acknowledgement of the all hard work and compromise of my team and my family over the last 3 years. It is also great recognition for working mums! I would like to thank INPEX Bechtel, GE and Leighton Contractors for their support of an Australian owned small business” said Sue on her win.
Congratualtions Sue, you deserve it!
