– Accompanied Tour of Suburb, Shopping Centre, Public Transport, Churches and areas of interest 

– Pre-scheduled visits to points of interest 

– General information about the region/area 

– Accompanied Visit to Bank to Open Bank Accounts 

– Australian Sim Card, Register TFN, Public Transport Card 

– Onboarding of the Australian rental property 

– Lease termination notice to landlord and utility providers 

– Pre-departure review of property condition and coordination of any repairs prior to handback 

– Coordination of cleaning / gardening (as required) 

– Move out inspection & handback of keys 

– Negotiation of wear and tear and coordination of repair works after handback inspection 

– Retrieval of bond 

– Removal of furnishings (if required)
